Sev puri







Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of boiled and peeled potatoes
  • 1 cup boiled chickpeas
  • 1 cup of chopped onions
  • 6 pieces of pani poories
  • 1 cup of tamarind sauce(sweet chutney)
  • 1 cup of mint chutney
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 1 pinch of chat masala
  • 1 table spoon of chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 cup of thin sev

Method:

Take a plate.keep 6 pani poories on plate .Now make one side of the puri smash. Put onions,chole,potatoes,1 spoon of tamarind sauce, mint chutney, yogurt,1 cup of sev , 1 pinch of chat masala and coriander leaves. Repeat the process for each puri and keep all the poories on plate and serve .
