Lassi








Ingredients:-

  • 500 gms fresh curd
  • 1/2 cup hot milk
  • 1/2 cup rose water
  • 1/2 tsp Elachi powder
  • 1/2 tsp almond paste
  • 3/4 tsp sugar
  • 1 pinch saffron

Procedure:-

Put saffron in hot milk.Blend curd in a mixer, add rose water, Elachi and sugar and blend on high speed.Add milk and badam. Blend for 1 minute more. Refrigerate and serve.
