- 500 gms fresh curd
- 1/2 cup hot milk
- 1/2 cup rose water
- 1/2 tsp Elachi powder
- 1/2 tsp almond paste
- 3/4 tsp sugar
- 1 pinch saffron
Procedure:-
Put saffron in hot milk.Blend curd in a mixer, add rose water, Elachi and sugar and blend on high speed.Add milk and badam. Blend for 1 minute more. Refrigerate and serve.
